- Global Brand Leadership: You drive hand in hand with the Health Interest lead the execution of the global Cough & Cold strategy across all markets, safeguarding consistent positioning, messaging and visual identity while empowering smart local adaptations, where it drives performance.
- Global Brand Strategy & Direction: You co-create the global brand strategy and translate strategic priorities into clear brand, innovation and communication initiatives with tangible impact.
- Innovation, Portfolio and Brand Management: You lead global brand initiatives, such as launches, re-launches, brand activation and innovation projects end-to end, orchestrating cross-functional HQ teams and subsidiaries through influence rather than line authority.
- Market Enablement & Influence: You evolve, challenge and align local brand teams through global frameworks, tools and best-practice exchange.
- Insight-Driven Performance Management: You continuously analyse category, competitor and brand performance, uncover opportunities and risks, and leverage market research to turn facts and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Your naturally convincing profile
- Professional qualifications: Degree in business administration, marketing or a comparable field, combined with solid project management know-how.
- Experience: Several years of strategic and operative end-to-end brand management responsibility in OTC or FMCG; international exposure is a plus.
- Skills and competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, digital-marketing familiarity and persuasive presentation & facilitation skills in an international environment.
- Personal strengths: Strategic thinker with hands-on execution drive and collaborative spirit.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

In der Abteilung Global OTC/OTX Brand & HI Strategy wird die globale Strategie-Entwicklung und das globale Marketing für unsere Marken und Gesundheitsfelder verantwortet. Zusammen mit anderen Abteilungen in unserem Headquarter in Karlsruhe und unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften positionieren wir unsere Marken nachhaltig erfolgreich gegenüber Endverbrauchern, Ärzten und Apothekern. Zu unseren Marken gehören u.a. Tebonin® , Lasea® , Umckaloabo® , Carmenthin® , Refluthin® und Prostagutt®.
